This page will help you to create your own proposal. This includes the hotel accommodation, baggage handling, in-house meals and many of the attractions.

To qualify for group rate, your group need to consist of 10 rooms or more.

You will be able to print the proposal or e-mail it to yourself in order to present it to your group.

Prices are higher during Special Events and Public Holidays. Check the calendar to the right to view these dates. Prices may change without prior notice.

Note: The proposal is not a confirmed reservation. You have to either fax or e-mail the proposal to the hotel in order to make an actual reservation.

Special Feature: By filling in the section “Miscellaneous Costs”, you can include other costs besides what you have in St. Augustine. You can add cost for the bus, other accommodation besides Ramada, meals etc. By using this section, you will get the cost for your entire trip.
